The morning started off well with a stroll down
JBR's Walk,
a cup of Starbucks coffee,
a cup of Starbucks coffee,
and browsing through
a couple of
shops.
O.H.I.O. read the signs
and
heeded the warnings,
so no worries!
Early afternoon
O.H.I.O.
was introduced to
Dubai's FRIDAY BRUNCH.

They ate and drank
like champs
through copius amounts
of food
and drink options
and left
the restaurant
barely able
to
move.

But move they did as they strolled into
Global Village
shoulder to shoulder
with every local from the UAE.
The place was absolutely
a mad house
with wall to wall kandoras and abayas.
No O.H.I.O. pictures
to post
as there literally was no room
to pose
a proper O.H.I.O.!
The I in O.H.I.O.
bartered with a shopkeeper
on pashminas
and came away with her fair share!
The O in O.H.I.O.
got reprimanded for taking pictures
by this burqa-clad
woman frying bread.
It was soon time
for O.H.I.O.
to bid
a fond farewell
to
Global Village.
Home again where
O.H.I.O.
skipped dinner
(they simply did not yet have room for more food --
we call that a successful brunch!)
