Yesterday, I went to a friend's villa on
PALM JUMEIRAH.
Yes, this is really her back yard.....
a patio, a pool, a white sandy beach,
and the aqua waters of the
ARABIAN SEA!
Poor thing -- doesn't have much of a view, does she?
Yes, that's the Atlantis in the background!
Can you even imagine what
New Year's Eve
looked like from here?
Well, my friend was celebrating at
Times Square in NYC
with her daughters, so she doesn't even know!
But I betcha it was grand!
We all gathered at her pad because
RASHAD
from
SEBA IRANIAN CARPETS & ANTIQUES
came to show us his carpets!
With a puppy that was housebroken on a puppy pad,
carpets aren't exactly my thing,
if you know what I mean!
But I LOVED looking at them, feeling them, and
learning all about them!
Rashad always does a wonderful job!
