We woke up this morning in
Delhi, India!!!

Started the day off right with.....
poolside yoga in INDIA (pinch me now, folks)!!

We (finally) met our tour director, Vivek,
of Elegant Journeys
and boarded our (comfortable) van
for the day's journey through
New and Old Delhi!

Meet our tour guide for the day, Harry!

On the agenda today:

1. A visit to the old walled city in Old Delhi.
2. A drive past the Red Fort.
3. Take a traditional cycle rickshaw ride in the back streets of Chandni Chowk (OMG - AWESOME!!).
4. Visit India's largest mosque, Jama Masjid.
5. Tour Raj Ghat, a simple and stunning memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.
6. Explore New Delhi's Lodhi Garden and the 12th century Qutub Minar (a World Heritage Site), the exquisite Humayun's Tomb (a World Heritage Site), built in 1570 (the first garden tomb on the Indian subcontinent).
7. Drive past the elegant government buildings blending Indian and European styles - the India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan, and the Presidential Palace.

OMG, it was a fabulous
